United States Marine Corps Sgt. Julio Tovar and wife Ada Tovar show a quilt made by the Quilts of Valor organization of Apple Valley. QOV made the quilt by hand specifically for Sgt. Tovar and presented it to him this summer in appreciation of his service and dedication to the United States.
